We do not circulate the documents themselves — they are living, controlled instruments. But here, in a paragraph or two, is what each one holds. Institutions in a formal conversation with us may request to review them directly.
The Founding Charter+
The movement’s foundational instrument — its name, purpose, and the trust under which it is held. It sets out why ARISE exists, the principle it serves (Vyaktinirmaan se Rashtranirmaan), and the guardrails that keep it apolitical, non-sectarian, and open to all. Everything else derives its authority from here.
The Master Constitution+
How ARISE is actually governed — its structure from the central body down to the individual club, the roles and their limits, how decisions are made, and how the movement holds itself accountable. It is the rulebook that makes a national movement coherent rather than chaotic.
The Standard Club Constitution+
The template that every ARISE club adopts, so a club in one college works the way a club in another does. It covers membership, the weekly meeting, the board and its election, the two advisers, and the club’s duties to its members and its community.
Youth Protection Policy+
The safeguards that surround every young person in ARISE — who may work with minors, the conduct required of them, and the checks that make the movement a genuinely safe place to grow. Because the people we serve are young, this is treated as first, not fine print.
Membership & Lifecycle+
How a person joins, rises, pauses, or leaves — the induction, the standing that learning and service build, and the conduct that must be sustained to keep it. It is the human journey through ARISE, written down fairly.
Recognition, Points & the Ladder+
How growth is measured and honoured — how learning and service become points, how points become standing across twelve levels, and how that standing is kept honest: earned, sustained, and never for sale.
Finance, Accounting & Audit+
How every rupee is handled — received only through the centre, receipted, accounted for, and audited. The rule that makes ‘we ask for no money on this site today’ a matter of structure, not just promise.
Data & Privacy (DPDP)+
What information ARISE collects, why, how it is protected, and the rights you keep over it — written to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection standard. Consent is asked for plainly, and never assumed.
