A club is small enough to belong to and serious enough to change you.
ARISE is not a website you sign up for and forget. It is a living thing built from clubs — a body of committed young people in a college, meeting every week, under a written constitution, guided by two mentors, learning together and serving together.
You do not join ARISE the way you join a mailing list. You join a room of people who show up for one another — week after week, in the open, by name. That is what makes it real, and that is what makes it change you.
ARISE is built to hold you at every age — three tiers that carry a person from the first stirrings of curiosity to a lifetime of responsibility.
Where it begins. Children and young teenagers are nurtured in curiosity, character, confidence, and the simple habit of service — long before the world tells them who they are allowed to become.
This is where a young adult is formed into a capable, grounded leader — learning across the five dimensions, serving their community, running their club, and earning the opportunities that follow. If you are in college, this is your door.
You are not finished when you graduate; you graduate into responsibility. Alumni become advisers, mentors, trainers and builders — carrying their own formation to the next person, and the next.
Alongside the age-based tiers run two specialised clubs for people whose calling is already underway. The principle does not change — Vyaktinirmaan se Rashtranirmaan, the nation is rebuilt by rebuilding its people — and neither does the method: Learn · Serve · Earn, with Boosters and Stars tasks. Only the challenges are shaped to the life you already lead. Anyone who wants to grow and give is welcome.
For anyone in a corporate role. You grow as a person while lending your knowledge, skills and network to build better systems and processes for the Rebuild India ecosystem. The Boosters and Stars differ from a student’s — they draw on your professional capability — but the ladder of Learn, Serve and Earn is the same.
Exclusively for teachers of every kind of institution — primary, secondary or degree. A movement that honours and develops you: training, a network of fellow teachers, continuous personal and professional growth, fair paths to respectful and rewarding work in partner institutions, and a hand in the Rebuild India content universe. Learn, Serve, Boosters and Stars turn on teaching excellence.
In an ARISE club, leadership is not handed out — it is grown. Entry to the club board belongs to the first year of college alone. You are elected as a first-year, you serve as a second-year, you advise as a third-year, and you mentor those who come after.
No one arrives at the top; everyone climbs, in the open, by doing the work.
Every task done, every hour served, every level climbed is logged as it happens. What you carry out of ARISE is not a certificate you bought — it is an earned, un-fakeable record of who you became, with learning and service kept in balance across twelve levels.
The ARISE year has a rhythm. It turns on four national gatherings, and it opens with the greatest of them — the Charter Convocation, where new clubs are chartered before the public.
| Gathering | When | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| The Charter Convocation | October | New clubs chartered before the public — the flagship, and the beginning. |
| The Rebuild India Convention | January | Know India. Celebrate India. |
| The New Leaders Convention | April | The year’s formation closes; the next leaders emerge. |
| The Leaders’ Empowerment Conference | July | The incoming leadership is charged and sent. |
A body of young people, meeting every week, learning and serving in the open. Chartering now in Bengaluru — opening to more cities soon.
